Rachel graduated from the University of Toronto with a Master of Science in Physical Therapy after receiving her Honours Specialization in Kinesiology at Western University. She has completed advanced post-graduate training in manual therapy, dry needling, and running gait analysis.
With a background in competitive soccer and basketball, Rachel understands first-hand the value of injury prevention, rehabilitation, and performance optimization. She is passionate about helping her patients return to the activities they love through personalized, evidence-based treatment plans.
As an avid runner and marathoner, Rachel has a special interest in treating running-related injuries. She uses her clinical expertise and advanced training in running biomechanics to assess gait patterns, improve running efficiency, and prevent future injuries.
Outside the clinic, Rachel stays active with running, strength training, and recreational sports. She also enjoys traveling and spending time outdoors.
